OUR STORY
In 1996, Uptown Charlotte was quiet. It had few dining options, and in the evenings, few people. Where people saw absence, however, we saw potential. We created Mimosa Grill to give Uptown what it needed: a gathering place to enjoy fine dining. Even though the area has since evolved into a thriving city, Mimosa Grill remains a favorite among regulars and newcomers alike, serving delicious Southern cuisine in an elegantly comfortable space.
